# *The money moves.**So does the *data*.*

Ordr Pay is integrated payments for organisations where a transaction is also a signal. Every point of sale on one contract, interchange optimised rather than quietly downgraded, and the record of who spent what kept instead of thrown away at settlement. The telemetry runs on any processing, whether Ordr runs it or not. And the new rails ship here first: stablecoin, pay by bank and agentic processing, embedded in the payment stack.

## Bundled by default. Priced accordingly.

A processor that arrives attached to another contract was never competed for. Nobody benchmarked it, and nobody at the table was asked what it should do beyond settle the money.

01**No choice**

The processor came with the platform. Global Payments, Worldpay, Chase, Shift4. Perfectly competent at settling a transaction, and chosen by someone solving a different problem.

02**No visibility**

Interchange qualification, downgrades, and the gap between your headline rate and your effective rate are invisible from where finance sits. You cannot negotiate a number you cannot see.

03**No data**

Every transaction knows who bought, what they bought, and where they were standing. Bundled processing hands you a settlement file and throws the rest away.

US merchants paid a record $198.25 billion in combined card fees in 2025, up from $187.2 billion in 2024. Nilson Report figures, [reported March 2026](https://merchantspaymentscoalition.com/credit-and-debit-card-swipe-fees-reach-record-19825-billion-president-and-congress-call-action).

![A payment terminal in a premium hospitality space](https://ordr.io/hubfs/New%20Ordr%20Pictures/img-premium-hospitality-terminal.jpg)

## The terminal nobody notices.

Ordr Pay sits at the orchestration layer, which is the only place you can change a rail without replacing everything under it. The pin pads stay. The POS stays. The gateway stays.

## Integrated payments, priced in the open.

Four things Ordr Pay does, and the rate card is published for all of them. Same rails you already trust underneath, run by people who will show you the maths.

01

### Merchant processing

Interchange optimised and gateway agnostic. We keep the routing you already have and compete on what sits around it, not on a headline number that quietly degrades on the first downgrade.

- **Level 2 and Level 3 data enrichment** so transactions qualify at the rate they should.
- **Gateway agnostic by design.** Certified with FreedomPay and Moneris, native to NMI, connected to Micros Simphony and Archtics.
- **You stay merchant of record.** Funds settle to your accounts under your own merchant IDs. The intelligence layer never sits in the funds path.
- **Every point of sale on one contract.** Gate, concessions, retail, premium, parking, box office and online.
- **Telemetry on any processing, whether Ordr runs it or not.** Real time downgrade monitoring, overcharge reduction and rate analysis across every provider you keep.

### Virtual payments

Phone sales, deposits, renewals and anything else that happens away from a terminal. Secure links instead of a rep reading a card number back over a phone line.

- **Text to pay.** A secure payment link by SMS, branded, expiring, and reconciled like any other transaction.
- **Email payment links** for invoices, renewals, deposits and balances.
- **Agent portal** so staff taking payment by phone never touch a card number and never sit in PCI scope.
- **No pin pad hardware** for phone-based sales, which is often where the whole business case starts.

### Agentic payments

Machine initiated purchase is not a roadmap item. Mastercard, Visa, Stripe and PayPal all shipped agent payment infrastructure between April 2025 and June 2026. The question is whether your processor can accept one.

- **Tokenised agent transactions** that arrive as a first class payment type rather than a declined anomaly.
- **Ticketing first.** Agent-initiated purchase is landing in ticketing before anywhere else in live events.
- **Adopted at the orchestration layer,** so the terminals, the POS and the gateway underneath never move.
- **Addressable from day one** rather than after a re-platforming project.

### Alternative payments

Every additional way to pay is a revenue lever before it is a technology decision. Wallets, PIN debit, RFID, pay by bank and stablecoin settlement, all reconciling in the same ledger as everything else.

- **Cards, wallets, PIN debit, RFID and BNPL** accepted universally and reconciled in one place.
- **Stablecoin settlement.** The GENIUS Act became law in July 2025 and the rails are live.
- **Pay by bank and open banking** added at the layer, not at the terminal.
- **One reconciliation** regardless of how many ways you let people pay.

Agentic launch dates are from each vendor's own newsroom. The GENIUS Act was [signed into law on 18 July 2025](https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2025/07/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-signs-genius-act-into-law/). Stablecoin market structure legislation remains before the Senate and is not law.

## Numbers, not adjectives.

Measured results from live NHL deployments, audited against the ledger they came from.

55 bps

Average reduction in interchange costs after a fee structure review and routing changes, plus $82,500 recovered through chargeback reduction and more than ten systems integrated across team and stadium.

Vegas Golden Knights[Read the case study →](https://ordr.io/customers/golden-knights?hsLang=io)

53%

Reduction in processing costs after consolidating more than a dozen fragmented vendors onto one platform, with over 80 hours a month returned to the finance team.

Pittsburgh Penguins[Read the case study →](https://ordr.io/customers/penguins?hsLang=io)

150 bps

Visa dropped the merchant excessive dispute threshold from 220 to 150 basis points on 1 April 2026. Mastercard puts one chargeback at $82 internal plus $46 in fees. Transact IQ watches the ratio continuously.

## Volume earns you more than a rate.

Ordr Access is what existing Ordr Pay customers get for staying: tickets to games and events, rooms at partner hotels, and access that scales with processing volume. It is a thank you, not a signing bonus.

## Two weeks to a working answer.

No procurement theatre before you know whether there is anything here.

01

**Send us a statement**

One recent processing statement and, if you have it, last season's settlement. We read what you are actually paying rather than what the rate card says.

02

**See your own numbers**

We come back with your effective rate, where transactions are downgrading, and what the same volume looks like optimised. If you are already well priced, we will say so.

03

**Go live**

The Penguins went from kickoff to a fully integrated platform in 60 days across more than a dozen prior vendors. We will tell you honestly what your stack looks like.

## Bring last season's settlement.

Tell us how you take payment today and we will tell you what it is costing you. If Ordr is not the right answer for your organisation, we will say that instead.

> Switching to Ordr was one of the smartest and easiest decisions we've made. By moving our payments under Ordr, we gained visibility into hidden costs and started unlocking valuable, revenue-driving data.
