The short version
This website collects only what you type into a form on it. Ordr does not sell personal information and does not use fan data from client deployments for its own marketing.
Where Ordr processes personal information on behalf of a club or operator, that organisation is the accountable party and Ordr acts on its instructions, for its purposes, and for no others. The custody model is set out in the trust centre.
What this site collects
When you complete a form, Ordr collects the name, work email, organisation, optional phone number and the goal you select, along with the page the form was submitted from. Form submissions are processed through HubSpot, which acts as Ordr's service provider.
This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or share form data with third parties for their own marketing.
What we do with it
Form submissions are used to route your enquiry to the right person at Ordr and to reply to it. Ordr does not enrol form respondents in an automated sequence without a separate opt in.
Platform data, and who is accountable for it
Personal information processed through the Ordr platform belongs to the club or operator that collected it. Ordr holds it as a processor under contract, uses it only for the purposes the client set, and returns or deletes it on termination within the window stated in the agreement.
Ordr does not resell client data, does not build cross client models from it, and does not market to a client's fans.
Card data
Cardholder data is tokenised at the point of authorisation. Primary account numbers do not enter club systems and are not stored by Ordr outside the scope of its assessed payment environment.
Retention
Website form submissions are retained while the enquiry is open and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. Platform data retention is governed by the client agreement rather than by this page.
Your choices
You can ask Ordr to tell you what it holds about you from this website, to correct it, or to delete it. Requests about fan data collected at an event should go to the club or operator, which is the accountable organisation for that record.
Requests reach us through the contact form.
Changes
Material changes to this page will be reflected in the date at the top. This document is a plain language statement of practice and does not replace the terms of a signed client agreement, which govern where the two differ.
