Scope

These terms cover use of this website. They do not govern use of the Ordr platform. Where a signed client agreement covers the same subject, that agreement governs.

Use of the site

You may read, print and share the content on this site. You may not scrape it at scale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a model without written permission.

Accuracy, and how to hold us to it

Figures on this site carry a source or a stated basis. External statistics name the organisation that published them and the date. Client results are the client's own numbers, and where a figure is self reported the page says so.

Regulatory and card network statements are accurate as at the date shown on the page they appear on. Card network thresholds and privacy legislation both move, and a dated statement is not a promise that the position has not changed since.

Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, a quote, or legal, tax or financial advice. Rates, savings and outcomes described here were produced in specific deployments and are not a prediction of what your organisation would see.

This site links to primary sources so claims can be checked. Ordr does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Ordr is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the site rather than on a signed agreement.
