We are the layer
under the building.

Ordr Technologies is the commerce intelligence layer for live experiences. Not a point of sale, not a processor. One ledger that joins ticketing, the counter, retail and premium into a single record the club owns.

One ledgerWhat we actually sell

The join,
not the systems.

The POS and the processor already exist in your organization, and replacing them is not the job. The job is the join between them, which is the one thing nobody owns.

01The buyer is the team, not the building

Teams contract with Ordr. Venues are often municipal or run by a third party, which is exactly why the club needs a data layer that travels with it rather than with the building it plays in.

02The credential is the only common key

Ticketing, entry, concessions, retail, premium and parking each hold a piece of the same person. The card at the point of authorisation is the one thing all of them touch.

03The funds path and the data path stay separate

Settlement lands in the club's own accounts under the club's own merchant identifiers. If dropping the analytics would force a payments re-tender, the paths were never separate in the first place.

A resort interior at night

We started at the counter.

Ordr began by taking payment on game night, which is how we found the actual problem: the money was moving and the data was not. Everything since has been built on the same observation. Ordr Technologies Inc. is headquartered in Salt Lake City and works with clubs and operators across the United States and Canada.

Documents,
not adjectives.

01

We publish the basis of every number

If a figure is self reported by a client, the page says so. If the method is not documented well enough to survive a follow up question from a CFO, the figure is not on the site at all.

02

We tell you what we could not verify

The research section lists the claims common in this category that we went looking for and could not source. Several of them are widely repeated. None of them are here.

03

We would rather lose on documents than win on adjectives

Take the questions in the trust centre into every conversation you have about payments, including the one with us.

The team.

The people accountable for what this site claims, and for what the platform delivers.

One ledger,
not nine reports.

Every system a team runs holds a piece of the same person. Ordr is the surface all of those pieces resolve onto, joined at the point of authorisation rather than reconciled afterwards.

Ordr was never the main event.

It never was supposed to be. The network sits underneath the moment, the gate, the counter, the cage, the merch line, and the only sign it worked is that nobody on game night ever thought about it.

Start with the stack.

Tell us what you run for ticketing, the counter, CRM and gateway. We will come back with a topology, an integration plan, and the parts that do not need to move.

Switching to Ordr was one of the smartest and easiest decisions we've made. By moving our payments under Ordr, we gained visibility into hidden costs and started unlocking valuable, revenue-driving data.
