Named clubs.
Measured results.

Every number on this page came off a ledger we can point at, from a club we can name. Where a figure is self reported by the client, it says so. Where the method is still being documented, the figure is not here at all.

Two clubs,
one platform.

The Vegas Golden Knights and the Pittsburgh Penguins run the same rails. Different teams, different stacks, the same ledger underneath.

And the people who run those teams, in their own words.

“They don't just process payments; they work alongside our finance, ticketing and sales teams to ensure every transaction is optimized. Ordr has proven to be more than just a vendor, they are a true strategic partner.”

Kerry BubolzPresident and CEO, Vegas Golden Knights

“Switching to Ordr was one of the smartest and easiest decisions we've made. By moving our payments under Ordr, we gained visibility into hidden costs and started unlocking valuable, revenue-driving data.”

One ticketing platform.
Every counter.

Ticketmaster season ticketing connects through Archtics Transaction Services, so the seat and the sale resolve to one person without a migration and without leaving the ticketing platform the club already runs.

Sixty days,
not six months.

01

Read the statement

One recent settlement file tells us what you are paying, where the downgrades are, and which of them are structural rather than negotiable.

02

Prove it on one fixture

We resolve a single event end to end against your live systems. Nothing is committed until that works.

03

Sequence the estate

Channel by channel, around your calendar. The Penguins completed the full estate in 60 days with no disruption to operations.

The questions an enterprise buyer asks before the demo, answered before the demo. Full architecture, certifications and integration detail live in the trust centre.

Your fan data is yours.

Every record built on Ordr belongs to the club, exportable in full at any time, never resold and never used to train anything you did not agree to.

PCI DSS v4.0.1.

Version 3.2.1 was retired on 31 March 2024 and the 51 future dated requirements became mandatory on 31 March 2025. Any assessment that matters in 2026 is against v4.0.1.

The funds path stays separate.

Settlement never passes through the intelligence layer. If removing the analytics would force a payments re-tender, the paths were never separate.

$82 plus $46.

Mastercard puts the cost of a single chargeback at $82 in internal cost and $46 in third party fees, before the value of the goods. Vegas recovered $82,500 of it.

Ask for the reference call.

We will put you on a call with a club already running this, without an Ordr person on the line. Bring the questions you would rather not ask us.
