IntegrationTicketmaster

The seat and the sale,on one record.

Ticketing has never been able to see the counter. Ordr connects Ticketmaster season ticketing through Archtics Transaction Services, so the fan who bought in March and the fan who bought two beers in October resolve to the same person, on the night.

The ticket is
the only known name.

Everything before the turnstile is identified. Everything after it is a basket with nobody attached. The join has to happen at the credential, because that is the one key both sides already touch.

01The fan goes anonymous at the gate

You know exactly who bought the seat. The moment they walk in, spend stops connecting back to a person, and every decision after that is made on a guess.

02Season ticket value is unmeasurable

Renewal conversations happen without knowing what a seat holder actually spends across a season, on game night, on everything that is not the ticket.

03Nobody wants a ticketing migration

Clubs are not going to re-platform ticketing to solve a data problem, and they should not have to. The integration has to meet the platform where it already is.

A packed stand during a fixture

Joined at capture, not after the fact.

Archtics Transaction Services is Ticketmaster's API for season ticketing, and access is governed by the club's own Ticketmaster relationship. Ordr reads the ticketing record and joins it to game night authorisation at the point of capture, so the resolved profile exists while the fan is still in the seat.

One profile.
Three uses.

01

Ticketing

The seat holder record stops ending at the turnstile. Spend across concessions, retail, premium and parking attaches to the buyer who already has a name.

  • Season ticket value measured across the whole basket, not just the seat.
  • Renewal conversations with evidence rather than attendance counts.
  • No migration. The club keeps the ticketing platform it already runs.

The key was
always the card.

Ticketing knows the buyer. The counter knows the basket. The card at the point of authorisation is the only thing both of them already hold, which is why the join belongs there and not in a spreadsheet on Monday.

Your relationship,
your keys.

01

Confirm the Archtics entitlement

Access to Archtics Transaction Services runs through your Ticketmaster client relationship. We work inside it rather than around it.

02

Resolve one fixture

A single event joined end to end, so the match rate is a measured number before anything else is scheduled.

03

Write it back

Enriched records go to your CRM, your ticketing platform and your BI stack, exportable in full at any time.

Archtics is Ticketmaster's season ticketing platform and Archtics Transaction Services is its API. Ticketmaster developer documentation.

Name your ticketing platform.

Tell us what you run for ticketing and what you run at the counter, and we will come back with the join, the match rate we would expect, and what it takes to prove it on one fixture.
