One integration,not nine.

Your team is not short of data. It is short of joins. Nine systems, nine export formats, nine ideas of what a customer record is, and a matching job that runs after the event on partial keys. Ordr does the join at the point of authorisation and hands the result back to your stack.

The data is fine.
The keys are not.

Every system a team runs holds a piece of the same person. None of them share an identifier, and the one thing they all touch is the payment.

01Nine systems, nine identifiers

Ticketing, entry, concessions, retail, parking, premium, CRM, loyalty and partner activation. Each has its own merchant identifier, export format and definition of a customer.

02The match runs too late to matter

A post-event spreadsheet join on partial keys produces a partial answer, days after the moment anyone could have acted on it.

03Every new rail is a project

Because the integration lives at the terminal rather than at the orchestration layer, adopting anything new means touching everything underneath.

The join at capture,
not after the fact.

01

The orchestration layer

The card credential at the point of authorisation is the one key every system already touches. Doing the join there is the whole architectural argument.

  • Card present and card not present joined at capture, not reconciled afterwards.
  • The funds path and the data path stay separate. Settlement never passes through the intelligence layer.
  • Removable by design. If dropping the analytics would force a payments re-tender, the paths were never separate.
  • New rails adopted at the layer. Stablecoin, agentic and pay by bank without touching terminals, POS or gateway.

What your team actually does

Very little, which is the point. Native integrations exist for the systems you already run, and the enriched output arrives in a format your stack already reads.

  • Native integrations across Ticketmaster, Archtics, Micros Simphony, Salesforce, Yinzcam and NMI.
  • Gateway agnostic. Certified with FreedomPay and Moneris. Keep the routing you have.
  • Output where you want it. CRM push, API feed or structured export into your BI stack.
  • 60 days end to end for the Penguins, across more than a dozen prior vendors, with zero disruption to operations.

Security and custody

The questions your security review will ask, answered before the review starts.

  • Tokenised at capture so no card number enters the team’s systems and PCI scope shrinks rather than spreads.
  • PCI DSS v4.0.1, the current active standard. Version 3.2.1 retired in March 2024 and the future dated requirements became mandatory in March 2025.
  • Your fan data is yours. Exportable in full, never resold, never used to train anything you did not agree to.
  • Published topology. The architecture, certifications and integration specifics live in the trust centre rather than in a sales call.

Building your own?
Build on Ordr.

Teams, memberships and leagues below the pros have outgrown one‑size‑fits‑all software, and some are already building their own ticketing, retail and fan tools. With AI in the toolchain they are getting creative fast, and every one of them hits the same bottleneck: payments. Regulated, third party, and never built for this industry. Ordr is the integrated, embedded financial platform for anyone building in live experiences: a feature‑rich platform to build on, with tokenized data at the orchestration layer that returns fan data the organization does not have today. If you are building anything in this space, build on Ordr.

Send us your stack.

List what you run for ticketing, point of sale, CRM and gateway and we will come back with a topology, an integration plan, and the parts that do not need to move.

Switching to Ordr was one of the smartest and easiest decisions we've made. By moving our payments under Ordr, we gained visibility into hidden costs and started unlocking valuable, revenue-driving data.
